Unfortunately our RSVP deadline passed on August 1st, 2025. As final guest counts needed to be conveyed to our venue and catering team in advance, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate anymore RSVPs as of August 5th, 2025. If we did not hear from you, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will miss you dearly! If you need to make changes to your RSVP, please call or text the Kelsey, Christian, or immediate family members. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Candlebrook Farms in Bellbrook, Ohio! The ceremony is set to begin promptly at 4:30pm so we ask that all guests arrive with plenty of time to park and get seated. The ceremony will be held outside on the property, followed by cocktail hour on the patio, and an indoor, climate controlled reception and dinner. The venue is located approximately 12 minutes from Centerville and I-675, and 15-20 minutes from the Dayton Mall. The address for Candlebrook Farms is 3269 Ferry Rd Bellbrook, OH, 45305.
There is a gravel parking lot located on the property with ample space. Cars are able to be left overnight but must be picked up by 10am the following morning.
Yes! We are registered directly through Zola as well as on Target and Amazon. While your presence is truly present enough, these registries are linked on this website for your convenience should you wish to make a contribution.
We’d love to see our friends and family get a little dressed up with us! So we are requesting that all of our guests dress in dressy casual to semi-formal attire for the wedding. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the venue is a farm-like property, so we recommend taking this into consideration when planning outfits. And ladies - Candlebrook Farms has gravel surrounding the venue and the ceremony location is a grassy spot on the property. Block heels, platforms, flats, etc. are recommended over thin heels.
Due to venue limitations and our preference to keep the wedding an intimate event with our closest friends and family, we are unable to accomodate a plus-one for all guests. Any invited guests will be specifically listed on the invitation. If you have been extended a plus-one, your invitation will be addressed to “{Your Name} & Guest” or "{Your Name} & {Guest's Name}". Thank you for your understanding!
If your children have been invited, your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” or “Mr. & Mrs. {Your Last Name} and Family”. If your children are not listed, we hope that you might take this opportunity for a date night, but understand if childcare restrictions impact your ability to attend. For the children in attendance, we’d like to let you all know that there is an outdoor children’s play area located on the premise. Guests are more than welcome to utilize the play area, we just ask that all children be supervised and wait until after the ceremony to begin playing. For those with young children or babies who may require high chairs or booster seats, unfortunately these items are not provided by the venue. We encourage you to bring anything you might need. Dinner will be served buffet style and will include BBQ favorites such as pulled chicken and pork, green beans, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. Cocktail hour will serve a variety of meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, and veggies.
There will a limited selection of beer, seltzers, and wine available for guests who are 21+ to enjoy during the evening. Drinks will be on us and the hangover is on you - we're so excited to celebrate with you!
