Christi and Zeke officially met during their second year of law school. After the first day of classes, when Zeke did not listen to the homework instructions, Zeke asked a friend who was the best person to get the homework from. His friend quickly told him to ask Christi. Later that evening Zeke "GroupMe" messaged Christi for the homework. Christi, who had her eye on Zeke since they did their first year oral argument against each other, quickly jumped to conclusions that he was asking her on a date - instead of just wanting the homework. Zeke really only wanted the homework... After Christi told their mutual friend Jane what occurred, Jane quickly stepped in and told Zeke to ask Christi to dinner. Jane noted if this led to anything, she wanted to be the wedding officiant. The rest is history... and Jane is the wedding officiant.
