Please kindly reply with your RSVP by the 15th of September!
You'll have to enter in the names to the online RSVP system exactly as they are addressed on your invitation or it will not be recognized. If you're realllllly having trouble you can contact the Bride & Groom with your RSVP.
Please arrive between 12:30 and 12:45 PM to ensure enough time to find a seat and get settled as our ceremony will be starting promptly at 1 PM.
We kindly ask that our guests dress in formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit in any color or a nice shirt and tie. For women, you could wear an evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. Any of those would be appropriate.
Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors. However, please note that our reception venue is located right on the Detroit River and if we have decent weather for late October there will be an outdoor patio area off of the dancefloor / cocktail hour area. If you want to take a walk outdoors or take in views from the balcony having something to keep you warm is encouraged.
We have a strict guest list to stay within our venues capacity limit, and can only accommodate those that have been specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Unfortunately, our venue is unsuitable for children under 16. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
We are asking that during the wedding ceremony at the church, all cellphones be put away. We have an amazing photographer named Dan that we trust fully to get the perfect shots of our special moments. At the reception, you can take as many photos as you want! Thanks for understanding!
St. Patrick's Church has a parking lot located on 1st Street that all guests can park in free of charge. The Waterview Loft has a parking garage directly across from it, which we will be offering all guests parking validation for. If you're staying at the Marriot Ren Center, they also will validate all of your parking.
Yes! Both the church and our reception venue are ADA compliant.
