11:30 am - 2:30 pm
This will be a casual, sporty, outdoor event, and weather in this area can vary between cold and windy, and hot and sunny - so wear comfy clothes, shoes you don't mind getting dirty, sunglasses, and warm layers just in case.
Sandwiches and cool drinks will be served! Room check-in on Friday opens at 3, so folks can leave belongings in their cars or in the lobby until then. (P.S. for those who'll arrive on Friday but are not interested in partaking in the Yard Games Competition, there are lots of other local activities you can explore on your own schedule: kayaking in the bay, hiking at Point Reyes, visiting oyster farms, tasting local cheeses, etc.)
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dressy casual attire.
The groom's father will wow and amaze audiences with the illustrious art of misdirection and mystery - MAGIC! Come early to get the best possible seat and have a chance to speak to the magician himself before he disappears..... (for an early bedtime 😆). Heavy hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, and drinks will be served! If you'd like a more substantial meal, the hotel restaurant (Mable's) will be open from 4 - 9 pm. Or! There are cute bay-side restaurants nearby you can visit for fresh seafood and great views. Make reservations in advance, this is a popular weekend destination for bay area people.
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass so select your shoes accordingly ;)
The ceremony and cocktails will be outdoors, dinner and dancing under a tent. Check the weather to make sure you have warm / cool enough clothes - it's always variable in northern California.
9:00 am - 11:00 am
No dress code! Come wearing whatever you want to reminisce about the weekend, grab a breakfast burrito to eat there or to go, and get some hugs in before we all depart.
