Who can I bring to the wedding?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with all the wonderful people you hold dear—just as long as their name appears on the RSVP! If they’ve got an official spot on the list, they’re all set to join in the fun.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you let us know if you'll be joining the celebration by September 10th. Your timely response will help us plan the festivities to perfection!

Do I have to post back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

We kindly request that you RSVP online. It’s quick, easy, and saves a stamp!

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place just outside the beautiful Seymour Center. Please enter through the front, and you’ll be guided to your seat for the festivities.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception will be at the Seymour Center as well. After the ceremony, we’ll move inside to continue the celebration!

Have you reserved a Hotel Room Block?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved a limited number of rooms at the Best Western in Capitola. You can find the booking link on our website’s travel page. If the rooms fill up, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to secure more for you!

Will there be a shuttle running to/from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to arrange a shuttle. We recommend carpooling or using a ride-share service to make your way to and from the festivities!

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d be delighted to see you in your semi-formal best for the event. Think elegant and classy with just the right touch of celebration! Jewel tones encouraged.

Where should we park?

Answer

There’s ample parking right in front of the Seymour Center. Just a quick note: since the Seymour Center is part of UC Santa Cruz, parking is paid until 5:00 PM. Please plan accordingly!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive promptly by 4:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin just 10 minutes later. We wouldn’t want you to miss a moment of the celebration!

Can I take pictures/ post on social media during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the moments, so you can fully enjoy the event without distractions.

What food will be served and what if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We’re thrilled to have an amazing taco caterer for the event, offering a delicious array of options. They’re also well-equipped to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Just let us know in advance if you have any specific needs, and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of!

What time is the event scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will wrap up at 9 PM. We’d love for you to join us at the after-party in Capitola! The exact location will be announced as the date approaches, so stay tuned for more details.
