We please ask you RSVP as soon as you possibly can! Our deadline is December 30th!
Unfortunately our venue has given us a very strict deadline and we asked to have all RSVP back before then, If you miss your deadline will we kindly mark your RSVP as No, due to venues requirements.
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be taking place at The Wedding Retreat. Our ceremony will be taking place outside, Our reception is in an open air barn, our cocktail hour will be both (Please be mindful of this when choosing attire) We are really hoping for beautiful weather. however, it can possibly be cold!
Our ceremony will be starting at 4:00 pm. We please ask you arrive 15-30 minutes early to settle in at the appropriate time. We please ask that you arrive with plenty of spare time! IF you will be arriving late, you will be directed to wait near your vehicle until the ceremony is over and we will be more than happy to have you at the reception.
Our dress code is Formal Garden Pastel. There will be absolutely NO jeans, shorts, hats, or polo shirts allowed. Floral patterns and pastel colors are encouraged :) We kindly ask that you AVOID wearing colors that resemble white. Ladies may wear formal jumpsuits, pantsuit, mid or floor length dresses or skirts. Gentlemen we please ask you wear suits, slacks with button down shirt, blazer/suit jacket (optional) Since we will be having a February wedding we have a 50/50 chance of really nice weather or very cold. Please dress accordingly, our venue will be outside!
Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate guest formally invited on your official invitation. Your invitation will be made out to you "(Your Name) & guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
Children are welcomed! As stated before we only ask those who have been given a formal invitation to come. All children whom we would like to be there will be an invitation with their name.
All guest invited to the ceremony are welcome to join us at our reception! :)
Alcohol will be served. However, we will be serving limited alcoholic beverages and will not be having a full bar. Soft alcohol like beer and wine is all we will be serving. We believe alcohol should not be an important factor on our wedding day and we hope you understand!
