RSVP & COVID
Given the current situation, we want to ensure our celebration is as safe as possible for everyone in attendance. Below are some precautions we’ll be taking to ensure everyone’s safety.
The ceremony: Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Rows will be 6ft apart. We will also have chairs on the outside perimeter for those who do not feel comfortable with the seating arrangement.
The reception: The reception will be inside a ball room. The windows will be open and we’ll also have access to the patio. Masks will be required when not seated at your table. Dinner will be served by a wait staff rather than typical buffet style. Dancing is allowed (and strongly encouraged) but you may not do so with a drink in hand. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the facility.
We’re so excited to finally celebrate with you all but understand if given the circumstances you may not feel comfortable attending. Please let us know either way by September 2, 2020. Stay healthy!
