Please come "dressed to impress" or in the colors of your favorite Disney characters.
There are several options. You may stay with the families at houses booked via Airbnb. Please contact us if you are interesting in staying at the rental with the family or feel free to book your own house. You may also refer to our Travel section of your RSVP to select a Disney World hotel that you would enjoy to stay at. Please inform us if you are considering staying at a Disney World hotel so that we may include you in the room block with special pricing.
The address to the pavilion is 4401 Floridian Way, Disney's Grand Floridian, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. From Orlando, take I-4 west to exit 67 (536 West) From Tampa, take I-4 East to exit 62 (World Drive) Exit right to Disney World and continue on World Drive. Stay in the far left lane towards Magic Kingdom Resorts. Keep left on Floridian Way towardsPolynesian Village Resort/ Shades of Green/ Magnolia&Palm Golf Courses/Grand Floridian Continue straight on Floridian Way throught the stop sign at Seven Seas Drive The pavilion is ahead on the right. At the security gate, please inform guard that you are attending Flores/Perez wedding.
The Wedding Pavilion will be open starting at 7 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Please arrive on time as to ensure a safe, smooth and respectful experience for all. The doors will be closed once the ceremony begins, and late arrivals may not be allowed to enter. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
Once arrived, the guard will direct you towards the pavilion. There will be a free lot for all wedding attendees.
After the ceremony, you can move your cars to the front of the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa Convention Center free of cost in the lot.
When selecting your meal preference, there is a space under the selection to inform the hosts of any allergies.
The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking marijuana or other illegal substances is not permitted at any time. This is heavily enforced.
