Christian and Maddie met in 2017 at Bowling Green State University through mutual friends. Their college days were filled with library dates (or, let’s be honest, the local college bars), spring break trips with close friends, studying abroad, and visiting each other’s hometowns—Brockport, NY, and Wadsworth, OH. After graduation, they packed up and moved to Nashville in 2020, where they spent three wonderful years filled with new adventures and making lifelong friends. Last year, Christian popped the question in the city that had become their home. In the summer of 2023, they made their way back to Ohio and found their first home in Cuyahoga Falls. Now, they’re excited to keep building their life together—cooking up new recipes, traveling to new places, and soaking up every moment.
