While we love your little ones, due to the limited capacity of the venue, we are only able to include the children of our family members and wedding party, as well as those under 1. If your children are included in this group, they will be included on the RSVP page.
We would recommend cocktail or semi-formal attire. As you determine what you will wear, bear in mind that you might need to walk a short distance to parking options and briefly step outside to order food.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, though there will be a patio space available during the cocktail hour and reception. Food will be served via food trucks, so also prepare to briefly step outside to place your order.
The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, with a cocktail hour immediately following. The dinner and reception will begin at 5:30 pm. All events will take place at The Gibson Social Club. We can't wait to see you there!
There will be a cash bar open during the cocktail hour and reception for you to enjoy. The venue has a strict policy prohibiting any outside alcohol. Violation of this policy comes with a hefty fine and the possibility that our event will be cancelled, so we ask that you please leave outside alcohol at home. All non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary.
We will do our best to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. All food trucks are prepared with gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please list these and any other dietary accommodations you will need on your RSVP. Our wedding will be completely nut-free to be mindful of life-threatening allergies.
We're so honored you would travel such a long distance to celebrate with us! You can easily fly into Appleton (ATW), a short 30-minute drive to the venue, or into Madison (MSN), a 90 minute drive to the venue.

We've paid professionals to capture all the best moments of the day, and will gladly share images when they become available so you can simply be present! We would ask that you please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony, though you are free to take and post as many as you'd like before or after that time.
