Why Thursday?

Answer

We understand a Thursday isn't ideal! Unfortunately, when we had to postpone our 2020 wedding, we didn't have any options for Saturdays in 2021 so we had to move to a Thursday. We hope you will still be able to make it, and possibly enjoy a long weekend on the coast of Maine!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your kids are listed on the invitation, they're invited! Otherwise, we kindly request you take the night off. We're happy to help find babysitters, and please reach out to us if you have any concerns!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested - cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, bowties, or whatever else makes you feel fancy is great! Please note that the ceremony and reception will be outside, so make sure to wear shoes that are manageable in the grass.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You've come to the right place! Given that Lily's a gluten-free vegetarian, we probably have you covered. We'll have options that are vegan, vegetarian, nut free, and gluten free. We'll also have options that are full of meat and gluten. If you have other concerns, please let us know.

Is there parking at the ViewPoint?

There is a (free) parking lot across the street from the venue.

Did you already get married?

Answer

We decided to honor our original date by getting legally married in a small ceremony with our immediate family. We are saving the full ceremony and celebration for August 5, 2021 when we can be with all of you!
