When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you send in your RSVP no later than September 22nd.

Question

Do you have any hotel blocks?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Pleasant Hill Inn. Please book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link on the "travel page" to receive our reduced rate.

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are conveniently located at the same location, with the ceremony being outside by the gazebo and the reception inside the pavilion. The address is provided below: Pleasant HIll Community Center 320 Civic Dr, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm by the gazebo.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing any shuttle or transportation services. If you plan on staying at the nearby hotels we recommended, you're welcome to uber to and from the venue since it's only 5-10 minutes away. If you're staying outside of the city, we recommend carpooling with friends and family or renting a car from Enterprise or Turo.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It'll be wintertime in California, with possible clouds and rain. We suggest bringing a coat since the ceremony may get chilly outside. If it is projected to rain, the ceremony will be moved inside.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate our big day with everyone; however, due to our guest list comprised of most of our family and close friends, we ask that no plus ones are brought who have not been invited by us.

When should I fly in and out?

Answer

We recommend flying in thursday night if you would like to do some exploring around The Bay Area on Friday. If not, we recommend flying in Friday night. Since the ceremony is Saturday night, we suggest leaving Sunday afternoon or night time to have the morning to relax & pack.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested for our big day, our wedding colors are sage green with neutral colors.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Unfortunately, since we are expecting 300 guests, we are not able to modify our menu. You are more than welcome to bring snacks and other food if you do not think you will be able to enjoy the food we provide. We will have allergy warnings on our food that has nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

Can we take photos with the bride & groom

Answer

Yes! However, we do have time reserved just for family photos before & after the ceremony. We ask that all photos be taken during the reception with the bride & groom.

Can we bring a wedding gift?

Answer

While we would love to have physical gifts brought to the wedding, we will be flying straight to Hawaii after the wedding to settle into our new place together. If you would like to buy a gift, we ask that you contribute to our wedding registry posted on this website.
