The cocktail hour and reception are indoors while the ceremony is outdoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be enough parking at the venue. Park anywhere there is an open space in the parking lot of Gladney.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests should arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony during cocktail hour.

Will the event be child-friendly?

Answer

We have accounted for families in the RSVP but if you have any questions or concerns contact the bride or groom.

Yes, there will be an open bar

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down plated dinner with a salad, entree, and dessert.

We have accommodated for plus ones in the RSVP. If there are any questions please contact the bride or groom.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The first week of November should be cool. Expect between mid 70's to mid 80's. We won't be outside long!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

No, everyone will need their own form of transportation.
