If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Ladies- think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Gentlemen- think suits, blazers with dress pants, etc. Keep in mind that it will be a bit warm out there during the ceremony!
We are planning for an outside ceremony if weather allows! So please be sure that you dress accordingly, as it may get a bit hot out there!
The reception will take place inside!
We are going with a very simplistic/neutral coloring style for our decor. Our main pop of color is terracotta, with lots of neutrals and greenery to complement.
You will definitely be missed, but we completely understand! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (5:00pm) to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Please keep in mind if you are not seated by the start of the ceremony, you will have to wait to be seated by our coordinator.
Whichever works best for you, works for us! There is a large parking lot with plenty of space for everyone to park their cars in front of the venue for free! However, if your car is left overnight, we cannot guarantee it won't get towed by the venue as they may have an event the next day.
We have made it super simple to RSVP here on our website, so no one has to mail anything in! We ask that you RSVP by May 18th to allow for us to make any changes. We absolutely understand of you are unable to attend, so please let us know even if you can't make it because it will help us tremendously with planning.
Absolutely! During cocktail hour, we will have a meat and cheese platter, a popsicle stand, and many drinks! For dinner, we have found the BEST barbecue to serve. There will be buffets of meats, sides, and a salad bar! During the reception, you are welcome to all drinks the bar has to offer including water, beer, wine, and liquor. We will also provide desserts and cake!
We absolutely understand that you may want to capture moments on your own phone to keep, however we ask that you turn your phone off during the ceremony. We would like our ceremony to be as intimate as possible, and have everyone present in the moment. We will have two photographers getting all of the pictures anyone could ask for, and will be sure to share them with you all after the wedding. With that being said, after the ceremony, feel free to take any and all of the pictures and videos you want throughout the rest of the night!
