We will have a shuttle from Courtyard by Marriott' Long Island MacArthur Airport and 'Hilton Garden Inn' Islip/MacArthur Airport to the venue and back. Below is the schedule. Bus Details for Wedding Arrival: 4:00 pm - Bus arrives at Courtyard by Marriott, loads guests. 4:10pm - Bus departs Courtyard by Marriott for Hilton Garden Inn. 4:30pm - Bus arrives at Hilton Garden Inn, loads guests. 4:40pm - Bus departs Hilton Garden Inn for Mansion at Timber Point (wedding venue). 5:10pm - Bus arrives at Mansion at Timber Point, unloads guests. 5:15pm - Welcome Champagne w/ Strawberries served to guests. 5:30pm - Ceremony begins promptly. Bus Details for Wedding Departure: 11:00pm - Bus loads guests and returns them to Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn
Train
For guests planning to use the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), we recommend downloading the 'MTA TrainTime App.' It allows you to easily plan your trip and purchase train fare. For guests planning to take the LIRR from Penn Station or Grand Central Station to the hotels, we suggest the 'Ronkonkoma Line' with 'Ronkonkoma' station as your destination. For guests planning to take the LIRR from JFK airport to the hotels, first take the Air Train from JFK to 'Jamaica' station where you can transfer to the LIRR 'Ronkonkoma Line' to get to 'Ronkonkoma' station. Train fare is approximately $14-$16 one way + a short uber/lyft/cab ride from 'Ronkonkoma' station to your hotel of choice.
