When should I RSVP by?

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. There will be bowling on the third floor for anyone who wants to participate. Bowling shoes are NOT required. Plan on using your dancing shoes!

When do you reccomend we get to Baton Rouge and how long should we plan to stay?

Answer

A large majority of our guest will be traveling from out of town. We recommend getting to Baton Rouge on Friday May 23rd and staying until Monday May 26th.

To secure the pricing for our hotel block at Orgins Hotel, please make sure to reserve your room by April 26th.

Do you have any suggestions for alternate hotels / lodging accommodations?

Certainly! There are numerous hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs conveniently located near the venue. If you decide not to stay at our designated room block, Origins Hotel, I’ve compiled a list of alternative hotels that are within walking distance of Origins and less than a five-minute drive to the venue. Should you opt for an Airbnb or VRBO, please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions regarding the location. Here are some recommended hotels aside from our chosen room block, Origins: • Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center • Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown • The Watermark Baton Rouge Autograph Collection • Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Baton Rouge (ideal for those seeking suites)
