When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place on October 11, 2025 at Catoctin Hall at Musket Ridge, 3555 Brethren Church Rd, Myersville, MD 21773. Please see the Schedule section for more details and directions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4 PM for our 4:30 PM ceremony to allow time to park and find your seat.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult only (21+) celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and select liquors. The venue was specific that they will ID for these drinks, so please bring an appropriate ID.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Transportation will be provided between our designated hotels and the wedding venue. Guests staying at the Fairfield Hotel should board the bus by 3:40 PM, with departure promptly at that time. For those at the Hilton, the first bus will leave at 3:45 PM. The Fairfield bus will then make a second pickup at the Hilton. We recommend arriving at the bus pickup location a few minutes early to ensure a smooth departure.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue if you choose to drive. Please note that the road leading to the venue is a bit winding, so take your time and drive carefully - especially after dark.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal / evening formal—think suits, ties, cocktail dresses, or gowns. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we highly recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for comfort and stability. Feel free to dress to impress, but also dress smart for the setting!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask you to put phones and cameras away and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographer will capture everything!
