What's the dress code?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive by 4:15PM to ensure everyone is seated by 4:30PM for the ceremony.

What's the deal with parking?

Answer

Refer to the above map for details. You do not have to pay for parking. Parking will be guided by venue staff. Once the on site parking is filled. The parking attendants will guide guests to the parking across the street. If anyone in your group would benefit from a shorter walk, feel free to drop them off at the venue pavilion before parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, but if weather is not on our side, it will be held in the pavilion. Our reception will be held in the pavilion. The pavilion can be enclosed and heated.

What's the food situation?

Answer

Appetizers of sorts (bacon wrapped scallops, bruschetta crostinis, and charcuterie) will be served immediately after the ceremony during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served around 6:00PM with a variety yummy things such as Bistro Steak, Salmon & Butternut Squash Ravioli. Dessert to follow later in the evening!

What's the drink situation?

We'll have bottled water, pop, liquor, beer, and wine available through an open bar.

Transportation? Ubers? Lyfts?

Answer

YES! Uber and Lyft are up and running across most of Traverse City and beyond. It might be a little pricey the further you go out though.

When should we get into town?

Answer

Whenever you damn well please! We'll be around all weekend (and then some).

Will you be hosting a welcome get together Friday?

Answer

We're considering it depending on how crazy things are leading up to. Refer back here for details later in the summer.
