Yes, the ceremony and the reception are at the same place. There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers between the ceremony and the reception.
Our dress code is semi-formal. Men: Suit or Tuxedo Women: Floor length dresses/Cocktail dresses/Suit
We kindly ask that all guests wear black attire to help create a timeless and elegant atmosphere for our big day.
Yes. The Barn at Crescent Lake has a large parking lot to accommodate all your guests’ vehicles, as well as any hired transportation. The lot is located a short walk from the ceremony/reception sites – along a pathway following the curvature of the Lake. There will be a complimentary golf cart shuttle available for our guests.
We have fifteen rooms blocked off at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway. Use the link on the travel page to connect to the various hotels.
Through the Hilton Garden Inn we will have a ten passenger van that will do two trips to the venue and three trips back to the hotel. There will be scheduled times that will be picked closer to the event.

As much as we love kids, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only occasion (with exception of the flower girls and ring bearer). We hope this gives you plenty of time to arrange childcare, and we are excited to share this special day with you!
We have limited seating making it impossible to accommodate plus ones.
The ceremony and the cocktail hour are outside lake front. Historically the average February temperature ranges from 75 to 65 degrees.
