Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, as well as jumpsuits and sundresses. No flannel, jeans, flip-flops, or tennis shoes.
If weather permits, ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be mostly indoors. Activities and extra seating will be available outdoors during reception time. If there is rain in the forecast, we will still have an outdoor ceremony. Be prepared with an umbrella! We will continue with an outdoor ceremony unless weather is severe. If this is the case, the ceremony and reception will be entirely indoors.
Only the attendees on your invitation are invited to the wedding. If you do not have a "Guest" option, you cannot bring a plus-one.
Yes, children are welcome as long as they are included on the invitation! But we respectfully ask parents to take their children under the age of 16 home after 8pm. After 8pm, the reception will be more adult-oriented.
The ability to RSVP will be made available through this website after invitations are sent out. Invitations will be sent out in March and RSVPs due on July 1st.
The registry will be made available on this website after invitations are sent out in April.
During cocktail hour, we will have a selection of meats, fruits, and veggies from Horrocks. For dinner, we have ordered catering from one of our favorite Grand Rapids restaurants, El Granjero. There will be a buffet style taco bar that includes sides of rice and beans, a choice of protein (chicken fajita, steak, and vegan chorizo), and toppings of lettuce, onion, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole salsa.
Hell yeah.
