The ceremony begins at 5 PM, and we ask that you arrive by 4:45 PM to get settled comfortably. Please note that the gate entrance will close once the ceremony starts and will reopen after it concludes.

Yes, absolutely! We'll share a link with all our guests so you can upload your photos and videos throughout the evening. In honor of dia de los muertos will there be an ofrenda?
Answer
Yes, absolutely. We'll be creating an ofrenda to honor the memory of our beloved Danitza Theragood. We'd love for our guests to participate by bringing a photo, cherished object, or favorite snack in memory of a loved one to add to the ofrenda. It will remain on display throughout the entire celebration—from the ceremony through cocktail hour and into the reception. Any items left behind will be carefully preserved by us for you to collect at a later time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We'd love to help! Please let us know about any allergies, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. While our main course is set, we'll have a wonderful variety of snacks and food available throughout the evening for you to enjoy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking will be available directly at our venue. Once the main lot reaches capacity, our staff will graciously direct guests to the adjacent shared parking lot.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Rain or shine, we're celebrating! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while dinner and the reception will be held indoors. Should rain be in the forecast, we kindly ask that you bring an umbrella for the ceremony. If weather requires, we'll move cocktail hour inside to keep everyone comfortable.
