We Are Getting Married

Christian was on vacation in Orlando, Florida on my birthday when we met. One thing led to another and next thing you know we began to text and call each other every day. We were in a long distance relationship for a good chunk of our relationship so it was not easy. With lots of patience and communication, we ended up moving in with each other a year later.

While on a family trip in Istanbul, Turkey, Christian decided that he wanted to go on a stroll at one of Istanbul's most popular piers called Eminönü Pier. Throughout the stroll, he seemed really nervous and not like his usual goofy self. We ended up stopping at one of the telescopes used to sight-see. He insisted I use it to look at the different ships and ferries. While looking through the telescope, Christian then asked me to turn around and THAT is when he proposed.
