What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive anywhere from 3:15-3:45pm to be seated. However, if you arrive later the venue staff will be on-site to direct you to your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! When you arrive at the venue, follow the signs that say guest parking. Then, the venue staff will assist you when you arrive at the field. Guest will not have to move vehicles between the Ceremony and Reception.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 30th, 2025, by mailing back the RSVP card received in the mail invitation. The bride to be will reach out to any guest that have not RSVP'd by the requested date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you have a food allergy that the cooks need to be aware of prior to cooking, please reach out to Grace at (336) 300-6227.
