Question

What precautions are you taking at the ceremony and reception for COVID-19?

Answer

Our venue and vendors are taking many precautions and following all CDC guidelines to make our event as safe as possible. Chairs at the ceremony will be socially distanced, and some tables/seating for the reception will be moved outside and also be socially distanced. We will not have assigned seating for the reception so that you and other guests can sit where you feel the safest and most comfortable. All workers for the venue and all vendors will wear face masks at all times. If you are more comfortable wearing a face mask at any point during the ceremony or reception, we encourage you to do so! We will also be encouraging social distancing as much as possible for our guests throughout the day. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 in the days leading up to the wedding, or have been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms, please do not attend the wedding. We will do everything we can to ensure all of our family and friends feel as safe as possible!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 25th! This will give us plenty of time to get our catering and venue setup finalized.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Try to arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. to have ample time to park and walk the (short) path to the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress for the wedding is dressy-casual. Just keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoors. (Really, just no jean shorts, tennis shoes or flip-flops).

Question

Is your ceremony and reception at the same place? Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both located within Dennis Vineyards. The ceremony is outdoors down a short path from the parking/reception area. The reception will be held both indoors and outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we cannot give plus-ones to all of our guests. If you were given a plus-one, they are on your change-the-date envelope and will show up when you RSVP on the website, otherwise, we ask that you only bring yourself for the safety of our guests.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at zola.com, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Target! All of our registries are linked on our Registry page on this website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, due to venue and catering restrictions, we ask that only children of immediate family that are listed on your invitation attend the wedding. If you have an extenuating circumstance and need to bring your child in order to attend, please contact us and we will do our best to help accommodate you!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have blocks of rooms available at two hotels listed on our Travel page!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is regular and handicap parking available for the ceremony and reception!
