Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all the children in our lives, this will be an adults only celebration unless specifically noted on the invitation envelope. We hope you will enjoy our wedding as a night off!

How do I Find the Venue?

Answer

Our venue is at Sunset Meadows located at 514 Corinna Center Rd, Corinna ME 04928. If you’re driving NORTH on I-95, take exit 157 to Newport. Turn left off the exit and stay straight through the lights onto Route 7. Continue for 7.6 miles and take a slight right turn onto Corinna Center Rd. In 2.4 miles, the destination in on your left. If you’re driving SOUTH on I-95, take exit 157 to Newport. Turn right off the exit and stay straight through the lights onto Route 7. Continue for 8.6 miles and take a slight right turn onto Corinna Center Rd. In 2.4 miles the destination is on your left.

When Should I Arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm so guests should arrive by 2:30pm. Weather permitting, it will be outdoors, but there is enough space inside the reception area to have the ceremony there if need be.

Is there a Dress Code

While there is no formal dress code, we do ask that you keep it dressy casual.

What Are the Dinner Options

We will be having a buffet style dinner with carved turkey and roast beef along with rice pilaf, oven roasted potatoes, green bean amandine and steamed carrots. There will also be Caesar salad and dinner roles. Drink options will be punch and water.

Are there Accommodations?

Answer

Yes. There are 2 acres of land where guests are welcome to set up tents or campers for the night. These DO have the option to hook up to electricity for a nightly fee of $20.00 with access to a FULL bathroom. A camper that sleeps 8-10 people is also available for a nightly fee of $200.00. This includes bedding, towels, full bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, tv, A/C and heat. There is also access to a full bathroom located on property. There are also hotels in nearby Bangor or Waterville as well as Air BnB's in the area.

Will There be a Bar?

Answer

We will have a limited open bar with some selections of alcohol and mixers. Guests can bring cash if they wish to tip the bartender. If you have specific drinks you prefer, you may BYOB.
