WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

It all began during the early days of COVID in 2020, when Christian slid into Abby’s Instagram DMs under the perfectly casual excuse of a mutual friend they both knew. After weeks of nonstop texting and getting to know each other, Christian asked Abby out—not once, but twice. And… she canceled both times. Some might think that was the end of the story, but really, it was just the beginning. Fast forward two years in June of 2022—Christian, ever the optimist, decided to reach out again. This time, Abby finally said yes to a date (after a quick two-year hiatus and a lot of catching up). From that very first date, Abby knew there was something special—even if she talked the entire time because she was so nervous. On September 27, 2024, in front of the beautiful backdrop of Lake Michigan, Christian got down on one knee and asked Abby to marry him. Now, after three amazing years together filled with career changes, a cross-country move, and becoming dog parents, they’re finally ready to say I do. It’s been a journey—and it’s only just getting started.
