Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue restrictions/plated food and assigned seating, please do not bring anyone unannounced that wasn’t included in your wedding invite. If you have request please reach out to the couple in advance before RSVP’s are due.

Are children welcome?

Unfortunately we do not have the accommodations or setting for young children. Please make arrangements for your little ones.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the Ceremony start time of 4:00 pm (Please arrive around 3:30-4:00pm)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal to cocktail attire. Think elegant and dressy.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will both take place indoors. Though, there may be times at the end of the reception to take pictures outside of the hotel.

Any additional details about the venue?

Answer

The parking garage is located across the street from the hotel (off site on Virginia and Plaza street, i.e. the Whitney peak parking garage on google maps). If you choose to self park there, it is a short walk across Virginia street to the lobby entrance (on Commercial Row). We have the entire 3rd floor rented out for the activities. If you’re staying at the hotel, there is also rock climbing available on the side of the hotel as well as a photo op by the Reno arch!

What's the bar situation on wedding day?

Answer

It's open bar. Drinks will be available a few minutes after cocktail hour begins. Drink responsibly but have fun!
