We love using Google Flights to find the cheapest travel to compare all airlines, airports, and routes
Hotels:
Check out Hotwire, they give you the best possible rates for hotels but you don't know the name of the hotel until you book (but you get to see what the potential options are)
Airbnb/VRBO:
There are a ton of home rentals right by the venue and if you are in a group getting a big house and splitting it with friends or family will be the most economical option!
