Are Kids/+1's Welcome?

Answer

We love your children and the ones you love - however, due to COVID-19, the nature of the venue(safety for young children) and venue limits, we are unable to extend invitations to children and +1's. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on our RSVP page. We appreciate you making arrangements so you can let down your hair and celebrate with us as a worry-free adult night.

Where can I stay?

Answer

Most people are within 2 hours from the venue, but if you choose to stay, please see the Travel Accommodations page for all of your travel needs.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony we kindly ask that you put away all cell phones and cameras. We want to see all your faces and have you fully present with us in our short ceremony. We have paid for the best photographers, and we want to ensure the moments our photographers catch are free of the 21st century charm. We promise we will share our photos with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you like as long as you stay out of our photographers way. If you want to share your pictures with us so we can add them to our video, please download the WeddingMix app on your phone and add our code BeKuzILuvYou. Health and Safety?

Answer

Masks: As of right now, masks are not required, and we will not be providing them. If you choose to wear one, please make sure to bring your own. If the mandate comes out to wear masks, we will be following the guidelines. Social Distancing: Because of the type of venue, we have only invited how many friends and family we feel will safely be able to be able to social distance. However, we can't stop people from socializing. .

Question

Can I leave the Yacht early?

Answer

Unfortunately, since we will be cruising down the Detroit River from 8pm until we dock at 12am, you will not be able to get off the Yacht. If there is an emergency, there is an emergency plan in place.

Question

What if I get "Sea Sick"?

Answer

Since there are very few waves and the Yacht won't feel like it's moving, not a lot of people do get "sea sick". If you still feel like you may get sick, I would suggest taking Dramamine before boarding.

Will there be a smoking area?

Answer

Yes, the front bow will be the only designated smoking area.
