We've booked the lodge from Thursday, October 10th through Sunday, October 13th. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 10am Sunday morning.
We'd love for everyone to crash with us for the weekend, but if that's not your vibe, there are hotels nearby such as Cadillac Jacks and Springhill Suites in Deadwood or Hampton Inn in Lead.
We know not everyone is able to take two days off, so feel free to show up when you can. The wedding ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday the 12th.
We've placed each family, or couple, in their own room. Couples are placed in rooms with king sized beds, while families are in rooms that have multiple beds and/or bunks.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the invitations. Thank you for understanding.
By no means do you have to spend the whole weekend with us, we encourage you to venture out and do some sight seeing. Check out the 'Things To Do' page for a few of our recommendations.
We ask that guests dress formal the day of the wedding, but cowboy hats and boots are welcome & encouraged. The ceremony does take place outside, so be sure to dress accordingly.
We will be providing beer, wine and our favorite spirits, but you are more than welcome to bring anything else you may want. There is a full size fridge by the wet bar to keep beverages cold, so no need to bring a cooler.
Unfortunately the lodge has a no pets policy.
