We met through the best mutual friends! Nates childhood best friend and neighbor Drew (groomsman), was dating Moira (bridesmaid), when Megan and Moira met at Southern Connecticut State University. The two "finally" introduced us in the summer of 2019. Fitting with the proposal, we met for the first time on a double date the night Meg arrived home from a 2 week long trip to Montana! We spent the rest of that year doing anything and everything together and have been inseparable ever since!

This proposal was a long time in the making and an epic surprise! Nate surprised Meg with a trip out west for christmas in 2022. Prior to the trip every one of our friends and family knew the significance of the trip and managed to keep it a complete secret. After a week long adventure through Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park Nate got to experience the Ralston Ranch for the first time in Wise River, MT. Along with our family, we took side by sides up to the old Calvert Mine and then up to the Mountain top lookout. After scouring locations all day, without a specific plan in mind, Nate decided that this was the perfect place, and got down on one knee. Although the ring was a couple sizes too small the view could not be beat! This was a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in June!
