We first met through mutual friends in Lone Pine, California during a camping trip in 2014. With Mount Whitney as our back drop we got to know each other over the next couple of days. Then we both had to travel back to our homes, Kenny to Santa Rosa and Christen to Los Angeles. We stayed friends and eventually got together a few months later. One year later Christen moved to Santa Rosa, and ended the long distance relationship. Over the following years we went on many adventures. In Joshua Tree on February 17, 2017 Kenny proposed during a beautiful starlit night.
