Hike at Papago Park

625 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008

Just minutes from downtown, Papago Park offers exceptional hiking and a wide array of recreational facilities. Comprised primarily of sandstone, the range is known for its massive buttes that rise and fall throughout the park. The trails that interlace the area are generally easy treks. The smooth footing and low elevation gain make it a popular place for running and mountain biking. Papago Park is home two of the regions most visited attractions, the world-class Phoenix Zoo and the stunning Desert Botanical Garden.

Taco Guild

546 East Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012

Jordan and I went here on our second date and have always loved the vibe ever since. Known for its beautiful historic church building, its innovative internationally-inspired taco offerings and list of more than 200 agave spirits, Taco Guild is known for its food quality, wide range of local and global flavors and pushing tacos to their limits. We recommend the cherry steak taco and house margarita!

Cornish Pasty Co

3800 North Goldwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

A Cornish pasty is a turnover-shaped baked shortcrust pastry filled with beef and vegetables. The edges are sealed by crimping them in characteristic Cornish fashion. Think of a stromboli with softer crust and unique filling combinations! Try Jordan and Christan's favorite if you go- the chipotle chicken!

If you're craving Italian fine dining- this is our couple's recommendation! At North, they focus on the best: Italian from scratch. Enjoy any of their handmade pastas and pizzas, created with seasonal ingredients and inventive flavors. Or, try a different signature dish, prepared with our fresh flavors from the garden, farm, and sea. They also offer hand crafted seasonal cocktails that pair great with food. Mwah! Now that's amore!
