The resort is all inclusive, but if you feel like the staff did a great job, please let them know! Many of the staff at the sister resort in Cozumel have become our dear friends over the years. We know how much they appreciate tips.

Can I drink the water?

Yes! The resort has it's own water purification system allowing guests to drink the water (including ice). Purified bottled water is also readily available throughout the resort.
