Dear Family and Friends, If you have marked "Attending" for our upcoming wedding and reception, we are very excited that you've decided to join us on our special day in less than a month! With that in mind, we wanted to update you on the COVID-19 policies the venue has put in place. Under normal circumstances, The Post Commons' maximum capacity is 400 people with three large, open rooms and also a smaller outdoor patio area. Due to current circumstances, we will be allowed to have 100 guests in total. Upon entering the venue for the ceremony, you will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have your own mask, one will be provided for you. Once inside, guests will not be required to wear a mask the entire time, and the venue is not enforcing this policy. We believe the space is large enough for those who want to be mindful of social distancing. We ask that all of our guests please respect the decisions of others on whether or not they choose to wear a mask. The reception will also be inside immediately following the ceremony. If the weather permits, the outdoor patio will be available on a first-come basis. Based on the details above, we understand if you feel uncomfortable and feel the need to change your attendance status. Please let us know immediately if you will not be attending. It's going to be a great night of love and laughter, and we can't wait to celebrate with you on August 22nd!
Who knew what could happen with one simple swipe of the finger? That's exactly how Tom & Chrissy met though. They both swiped right and discovered a love they never imagined or thought could exist.
NOLA is a special place for both Chrissy and Tom and it was the perfect city for Tom to ask Chrissy to marry him. Ask them about the photo below and why it was such a special moment. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Alton, Illinois!
