Kyle loves to point out that he & Chrissy met four times before she ever “remembered” him. The two finally became friends after fate struck at the 2022 Ohio State Shoot. Chrissy was working in the Krieghoff Building when Kyle strolled in & began talking to her like they had known each other forever. Later that evening the two played in a corn hole tournament together & the rest is history. Two years later Kyle asked Chrissy to marry him at the corn hole tournament during the Indiana State Trapshoot. Of course she said yes & now the two are preparing to say "I do" with their closest friends & family.

The only surprise Kyle has been able to keep from Chrissy. Kyle- the same man that begged Chrissy to open her Christmas presents early, who asked for a week leading up to Valentines Day to give her the perfect present he picked out- was able to keep a big diamond ring a secret for MONTHS! Granted, he did plan the most perfect proposal. It was very fitting for a couple who spends most of their time on the trap field to get engaged at the Indiana State Shoot. It was even more fitting that Kyle proposed at the annual corn hole tournament, as a tribute to the beginning of their friendship. Of course Chrissy said yes when he popped the question, and they were able to celebrate with some of their closest friends & family all night!
