What inspired you to have a destination wedding in Sedona?

Answer

We chose Sedona for its beauty and gorgeous Red Rocks. As many of you know, we love to travel and what better way to celebrate us than with a destination wedding! However, we completely understand that travel isn’t possible for everyone, and please know there are no hard feelings at all if you’re unable to join us. Your love and support mean so much to us either way.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we request that guests RSVP as soon as possible. However, RSVP are due by August 1st, 2026. After this date, unfortunately we will have to mark anyone who has not responded as not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue between 4:00 and 4:15 PM. This will provide you with ample time to find your seat, warmly greet fellow guests, and settle in comfortably before our ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare as Sedona traffic can be heavy on weekends.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the reception venue by 5:30 PM for cocktail hour, which will kick off the evening's celebrations.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our guests be fully present during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in our celebration of love.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire…ish. Dress to impress. We want you to feel comfortable, confident and nice. The ceremony will be outdoors with grass and red dirt… we are in Sedona after all!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at The Sedona Heritage Museum and The Cabin. However, spaces are limited, so we recommend carpooling with your fellow guests to ensure smooth arrival and minimize congestion.

Will there be travel between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception venues are conveniently located just 0.8 miles apart, which is approximately a quick 5-minute drive. Guests will enjoy an easy transition between the two locations.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we're delighted to offer an open bar, providing complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are intimate, with limited seating available. We've carefully considered each guest's invitation and tried to be as inclusive as possible. If your plus one is not listed on your invitation, please reach out to us directly to discuss the possibility of adding them. We will do our best to accommodate additional guests if space permits.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry!
