We're so excited to celebrate with you!

We met on a dating app when Pam moved to San Antonio. We both noticed each other's super cool Army photos so we knew instantly we were both weird. We continued to message for a month before finally meeting up at Pam's pool in downtown San Antonio. Chris showed up wearing pink swim trunks which Pam immediately made fun of. They hung out in the pool and then walked to dinner after. Chris must have secretly impressed Pam with those swim trunks because they continued to hang out every weekend after that in San Antonio and Austin. After several near drowning experiences, a few torn muscles, two adopted pets, and just a bit of encouragement from Chris' family, they finally got engaged!

Close friends and family gathered out at the Frio River on Easter weekend to celebrate the memory of Chris' Dad, Matthew Brymer. On Easter morning, everyone packed up all their belongings and got dressed up to go to Easter lunch. However, Pam knew something was up when Chris got all packed up and ready to go and then sat down to relax. He informed Pam that they were going to wait for Trish, Chris' mom to finish getting ready so they could all take Easter pictures together down by the river. This did not surprise Pam, as we all know how important taking pictures is in the Brymer family. So she sat down and waited too. FINALLY, Trish was ready and they made their way to the Brymer's favorite spot on the river. Chris walked out to a rock in the middle of the river and everyone urged Pam (even though she was wearing 3" heels) to follow him out so that they could get their pictures first. Once out on the rock, they started taking photos and Chris got down on one knee and popped the question.
