Entering the Philippines through Cebu-Mactan International Airport is closer to Panglao , Bohol. From the airport, you can either just take the fast boat ferry to Panglao or take a short flight from Cebu to Tagbilaran airport, which is in Panglao.

Open water PADI certification + gear Ans: Open water padi certification course will be 25,000 pesos for 3days session.(the licensed will be processed approximately by the instructor) 3. Ans: For the dive itinerary you may refer to the rates that were attached. like wise you can do 6- 10 dives for my recommended sites.
