IT IS TIME!

Love... Fate... Destiny... "True Love's Origin" follows two young African Americans, Chris and Danica, on a love story of God-ordained proportions. In the summer of 2014, after revealing his true feelings to Danica, and getting rejected at a Starbucks Cafe, Chris withdrew and continued to focus on further cementing himself as a filmmaker. Moods, however, begin to shift as Danica refuses to acknowledge and accept an uncanny interest in the young man. On the evening of September 23rd, a match made in Heaven is established as Chris and Danica decide to take a chance on one another only to be in for a ride that was constructed specifically for the two of them to not only handle but to cherish.

We find our lovebirds taking a stroll on the boardwalk at Pier Village in Long Branch. During the five years of dating, a few rules have been established. Don't mess with Chris' chicken. Don't touch Danica's cheesecake. Communication is key and no cell phones allowed on our walks. It's a picture perfect day, (April 6, 2019), with the sun brightly shining, white fluffy clouds floating blissfully in a crystal blue sky. While Chris is holding Danica's hand, he asks her a serious question: "Why do you love me?" You see, just like any relationship, they have seen their fair share of ups and down. Testing the fabric, stability, and strength of what they have. They have overcome every unseen hurdle thrown their way and instead of their status as a couple crumbling to ashes they rose together stronger and more tightly woven together. Still, Chris has two questions burning inside of him. But asking Danica why she loves Chris is like asking a person why someone loves the sun. You just do and when Chris smiles, that is the sun warming Danica's soul. With that said, Chris takes Danica's hand, and faces her towards the ocean. There are no family, no friends, and no phones. But on that day, a man asked a women the second question. "Will you marry me, Danica?" (You already know the answer)

Wedding Ceremony Location: St. Stephen A.M.E. Zion Church 1001 Springwood Avenue Asbury Park, NJ 07712 The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm. Doors open at 1:00PM. The Reception is located at Hamilton Banquet Hall 10 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, NJ 07712. Hors D'oeuvres will be served between 5pm - 6pm. The reception will immediately follow.
