Pacific and Mission Beach are great for hanging out for the day! Bring a towel, umbrella, and cooler of snacks or try on of the many restaurants on along the beach. We typically opt for tacos---La Playa is one of our favorites!

You can also play volleyball, rent snorkel gear, surfboards, or just hang out with a good book!

Beach

This is our historical district of San Diego. Free outdoor garden and parks, several museums and food carts set up on the weekends! Located about 10 miles from Pacific Beach.

Balboa Park

The Zoo is one of our favorite places! A great place to spend the full day, see everything from Meerkats to Giant Pandas!

Discounted tickets when purchasing online and free parking. The Zoo is located within Balboa Park, about 10 miles from Pacific Beach.
