Welcome Dinner

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
There will be a taco truck in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you! Please note, parking is extremely limited. Please plan on taking our shuttle from the Comfort Inn! If you are not staying at the Comfort Inn, there is plenty of parking close by. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Pick Up & Drop Off: Comfort Inn Near Vail Beaver Creek (161 W Beaver Creek Blvd, Avon, CO 81620) 14 passenger shuttle will run continuous 15-20 minute loop from the Comfort Inn starting at 5pm, and running until 9:30pm.

Our Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Mountain Chic Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, sun dresses, florals, dressy jumpsuits, and lighter jackets and slacks (you can skip the tie).
Please arrive early starting at 4:30pm to grab a refreshment, before our ceremony starts at 5pm! There will be complimentary shuttles taking guests to the venue from Avon. Pickup and drop off will be from our hotel block at the Comfort Inn Near Vail Beaver Creek. Shuttles depart at 4:00pm, with one late shuttle departing at 4:15pm. If you are planning on driving yourself, here are directions to our venue: https://www.camphaleweddings.com/directions The ceremony will take place on a grassy island in the middle of a lake, so perhaps forgo stilettos for wedges or flats.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Reception
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Join us for dinner, dancing, dessert, a lakeside bonfire, and sparklers! There will be complimentary shuttles taking guests back to the Comfort Inn at the end of the evening. Shuttles will depart at 10:30 PM.
