Welcome to our Love Story

Believe it or not, we were in the same school at Mark Keppel elementary school in Glendale for 2 years but not really play together or know each other. We saw each other with familiar faces. Chris went on to other schools. We never saw each other again until much later in life in our late 30’s at the Deaf Expo. We have been together for 20 years! What a journey that has been. Sure, it was a rocky start but to a beautiful ending! The photos show the first picture and last picture of us. We have grown so much from a young couple to be a wiser couple. We made 2 beautiful daughters and their names are Kaylee and Kassie. Troy has been a part of our family always regardless how proud that he calls Chris his step dad, even though we are not married. I am sure some of you are wondering why we are taking so long. Well, it is because Lisa was not ready. She had a long time trying to heal from a bad marriage. Lisa finally got sober, went to Catholic church to find happiness/soul; we are happy we waited for the right time. Chris has a great patience. Thank you, Chris! We decided to get married because why not!! It is not just a piece of paper; it is just that we want blessings from God and His love. We want our relationship to keep growing stronger every day. We have a huge faith that we have Holy Spirit working within us to be better people as a couple. We are looking forward to be together for the rest of our lives till old age. We dream to travel and move to other state where there are beautiful green grasses. We love to see a lot of trees and maybe some snow. We also will be grandparents to our children in the near future; looking forward to little ones with full of joy and laughter all over again. Thank you all for being a part of our lives, our journeys and our destiny. YOU all are the reason for us to become who we were and who we are now.
