Please RSVP via by July 4th using the RSVP tab above.
The drive from Los Angeles is partially freeway and partially winding mountain roads. While all of the roads are paved and clearly marked, some may wish to bring Dramamine if they are sensitive to winding roads or changing elevation.
Lyft and Uber may show service in the area, but please be aware that their availability is very limited and we don't recommend relying on them. A few local options are listed below. - A+ Mountain Ride Services is the primary taxi company in the area. Rides can be pre-booked via website or phone number. Day-of rides are available, but it is strongly recommended to book in advance whenever possible. - Mountain Transit is a local fixed-route tram and bus service. One of their routes is the RIM Route 2, which stops at the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station (near our venue) and the Stater Bros in Lake Arrowhead Village (for hotels/groceries/restaurants). The RIM Route 2 is free of charge, but can be somewhat unreliable - it is not recommended for timely engagements. A list of all routes can be found on their website and real-time tracking can be found on their mobile app.
We recommend that you arrive at the venue by 3:37 pm at the latest. This will give you plenty of time to park, use the restroom, and find a seat.
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, and there is ample parking on-site.
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors in a partially shaded area.
We don't have a strict dress code - we want you to wear something you're excited about! However, if you'd like some guidance, we're aiming for cocktail attire with whimsical flair. We welcome you to add as much or as little woodland whimsy to your attire in whatever way you feel comfortable! Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors and the temperature may shift throughout the day. Additionally, the terrain at the venue is primarily wooden decking and dirt paths.
There will be an open bar for the reception. Our venue is located in the San Bernardino Mountains, and is considered high altitude. This may impact your alcohol tolerance, so please keep this in mind as you enjoy the celebration!
There will be a space to disclose food allergies and dietary restrictions on the digital RSVP, but please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any additional concerns.
Pine Rose Cabins is a pet-friendly property, and pets are welcome at the outdoor ceremony and reception. However, please keep in mind that only some of the cabins are pet-friendly - if you are staying on-site or bringing your pet inside any of the cabins, please make sure that they are designated as pet-friendly.
