We recommend that you fly into Tampa International Airport. It is about a 25-30 minute car ride to Clearwater Beach. If you decide to get a rental car, there is valet parking at all hotels. Transportation will be provided from the Sandpearl to the welcome party and back although there is plenty of parking at the Island Way Grill.
