Welcome Drinks

Casual Attire: Come as you are!

We'd love to see you all for a welcome drink to kick off the weekend! Bar Lucca is a 20 minute walk or short car ride from Hotel West & Main. There is a small parking lot next to the restaurant and plenty of street parking nearby. If your RSVP changes for this event, no problem! We're just looking for an estimate.

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

3:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. As long as we have nice weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

There will be shuttles running to and from Hotel West & Main–please see the Hotels tab for detailed instructions on parking at the hotel. One bus will depart Hotel West & Main at 2:30 and the other at 2:45. Please load the bus from Fayette Street, NOT from the main entrance to the hotel. There is plenty of parking on-site at Curtis Arboretum, if you choose to drive.
