This is an onsen trip; do not RSVP if you are uncomfortable with being naked around others. We will stay overnight in a traditional Japanese inn, which includes dinner and breakfast and unlimited bathing. Bath areas are gendered, swimsuits and towels aren't permitted in the water. Private baths are available, including one outdoor one for $25 for 50 minutes.

Casual, warm clothing ONLY
This will be an outdoor barbeque underneath blooming cherry blossom trees ("hanami"). Since a lot of meat will be grilled, don't wear clothing you don't want to smell! Expect temperatures to be a bit chilly, hanami only occurs at the end of winter/beginning of spring and marks a time of new beginnings.

Formal (black and white ok but not necessary); culture specific garb requested by bride; kimono OK
The meeting location at Hokkaido Jingu is called the "banquet hall" on Google maps, the entrance is located at: 43.055305, 141.308066 (copy paste into google). More instructions will be made available closer to the date. There will be no food at the wedding, and no official dinner reception afterwards. An informal dinner and afterparty is being planned afterwards.
