When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 28, 2024 to allow ample time for adjustments with vendors and seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive beginning at 3:30pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that everybody be seated prior to then. Any late arriving guests will be asked to wait for seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears we politely request no children.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are currently working on transportation assistance for guests staying at the Springhill Suites by Marriot Weatherford Willow Park. Hotel booking information can be found under the Travel section.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a fully lighted parking lot and offer complimentary arrival shuttle service for your guests. Guests needing assistance have an additional option for parking for their safety.
