What is the deadline for RSVPs?

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes there is a hotel block with the Hampton Inn in Matamoras, PA. The best way to reserve is to call the hotel at 570-491-5280. Please tell them you are booking with the O'Sullivan/Xia wedding block for a discounted rate. Please let us know if there are any issues.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the wedding?

Answer

There will be a bus service to and from wedding venue for guests at the Hampton Inn and the Best Western. The bus departs from the parking lot between the two hotels. Depart to wedding: 3:30 pm Return to hotels: 10:00 pm

Is there parking at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on the property next to the main house. Please follow the signs as you are approaching the farm. Please be mindful of traffic when walking near the street.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktails will be outdoors. The reception will be under a tent. We will make adjustments based on weather.

What attire and shoes should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is garden party and cocktail attire The grounds are mostly grass and gravel. For women, wedges, larger heels, or flats are best.
