Shuttle Pick-Up at the Country Inn & Suites Stillwater on Friday, 5/15. The shuttle will arrive at 4:15pm and depart from the hotel at 4:30pm to shuttle guests to La Pointe Events. The shuttle will arrive at the venue at 4:45pm. Shuttle Pick-Up at the Hotel Crosby on Friday, 5/15. The shuttle will arrive at 4:15pm and depart from the hotel at 4:30pm to shuttle guests to La Pointe Events. All guests in downtown Stillwater are encouraged to hop on the shuttles! The shuttle will arrive at the venue at 4:45pm. Nighttime Shuttles - Shuttles will be available to drop guests back off at the Stillwater hotels after the reception. Shuttles will begin at 8:30pm and go every hour until the final shuttle at 11:30pm.
